At For Your Eyes Only our goal is to welcome you into a state of the art salon where you can relax and enjoy your break away from the hustle and bustle of real life. We are an extremely busy salon so in order to keep to keep the salon running smoothly, maintain this relaxed atmosphere and ensure a safe environment for our clients and staff, we would appreciate your cooperation with the following policies we have in place:

DEPOSITS & Our Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are required for all treatments. We require a minimum notice of 48 hours for cancellation or rescheduling of these appointments to avoid losing your booking deposit. 

Deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment, if the required noticed period is not given then the deposit will be lost.

Phones:

We kindly ask if you can turn your phone to silent mode while in the salon to maintain the relaxed environment. 

Kids:

Children are not permitted in the salon for health and safety.

Patch tests:

All tinting, wax, lamination and LVL treatments require a 48-hour patch test to be done with us.

We will not undergo a treatment without the patch test.

Change of skin care:

If you have changed your skincare or relevant medication since your previous appointment, then we would expect you to inform your therapist before your treatment. E.g., if you have started using Environ when you hadn’t before, this may affect your skin with regard to waxing.
