    Yes — including oily or textured skin, which may not hold microblading strokes as well.

    Most clients heal within 7–14 days, with final colour developing over 4 weeks.

    Will they look too bold?
    No — the technique builds colour gradually for a soft, natural, powdered effect.

    Do I need a follow-up appointment?

  • Is it sore?

    Most clients describe it as a mild discomfort rather than pain. A numbing cream is applied before and during the treatment to keep you comfortable.

    How long does the treatment take?

    The full appointment usually takes around 2.5-3 hours. This includes consultation, colour selection, mapping the lips and the treatment itself. 

    Who is suitable for lip blush?

    • Ideal if you want to enhance your natural lip shape

    • Have very pale or uneven lip colour

    • Have lost definition around the border

    • Prefer a low- maintenance " always done" look

    How long does it last?

    Results vary on every client but we give a ballpark of 2-3 years, depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. A top up is recommended to maintain colour. 

    Can I choose the colour?

    Absolutely, we work together with every client to choose a shade that complements their natural lip tone and skin tone. The goal is always a flattering, wearable tone. 

    What should I do before my appointment?

    • Stay Hydrated (it really affects the result)

    • Avoid alcohol & caffeine on the day

    • If you're prone to cold sores, antiviral medication may be required.

    • Gently exfoliate your lips 1-2 days before. 

    Can lip blush make my lips look bigger?

    It can create the illusion of fuller lips by improving symmetry and adding definition, but it doesn't physically add volume like filler.
